After pressing the button at the bottom of this page a prompt should appear within 10-20 seconds requesting you to select a certificate. If you are using IE or Edge click on the 'More choices' option and select the second certificate as shown below. For other browsers select the second certificate listed in the display as shown below.

If a prompt does not appear the prompt might be hidden behind the browser window, by pressing
the keys ALT-TAB you should be able to switch the certificate prompt to the front.
